This position will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to helping renters find their next apartment home and leading a team of apartment locators in your area. This position is specifically is for agents looking to build their own brand of locators who focus on apartment rentals all over the state of Texas. This position is ideal for someone who is self motivated and a people person.

Team leads will be expected to generate their own leads using various lead generation methods to supply to their team of agents.

Mentorship can be provided if you are new to a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Post on social media.
• Communicate with apartment communities.
• Communicate with clients about their needs for their next apartment.
• Follow up with apartment communities to verify clients status.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new apartment locators
• Manage a team of agents while still maintaining your personal leads

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $87,466.00 - $100,000.00 per year
